No minutes about "updates since the last F2F meeting" and updates from
CAs.

Summary, homeworks, and actions.

1. Decision
- Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), India, has
  been approved as an ex-officio member of the APGrid PMA.
- The new version of NAREGI CA's CP/CPS (version 3.0) has been
   approved.

2. Actions
- Accredited CAs must do self-audit by the F2F meeting and report the
  result at the meeting.  Use auditing guidelines document (ver. 1.0b5)

- NGO/Netrust CA and PRAGMA CA will be examined for accreditation in
  Taipei meeting

- NCHC and C-DAC should send CP/CPS as soon as possible if they would
  like to be examined for accreditation in Taipei meeting.

- We will have PGP signing party in Taipei meeting.  Yoshio will give
  instructions by email.
