1.1 Section 6: Publication and Repository responsibilities

    -> In the current NAREGI CA CPS, we support "https" only.
       We will change it to "http".

1.2 Section 8: Privacy and confidentiality
   -> In the current NAREGI CA CPS, we don't have such section.
      Do we need to add a new section? Such as;
      "2.X Privacy of Personal Information
           NAREGI CA will protect personal information in accordance with
           the NAREGI privacy policy."

We would like to have APGridPMA's decision if we add a new section or not.
