Co-locating event |
This F2F meeting will be held as a part of CAOPs/IGTF sessions at OGF24 which will be co-located with GridAsia 2008. We borrow logistics such as registration, accomodation, and visa information from OGF24 and GridAsia 2008. |
Registration |
This F2F meeting will be held as a part of GF24 event, hence all participants must register to OGF24 either by Full Week or One Day Pass. Oneline registration and the detailed information is available on the OGF24 web site.
Please note that GridAsia events are free to registered participants. OGF registered participants need not register again for GridAsia as their badge will entitle them to attend all GridAsia events.

Accommodation |
Information of your accomodation is also available on the OGF24 web site. |
Transportation |
Daily shuttle service will be provided to OGF24 attendees from the River View Hotel and Hotel Miramar (downtown hotels) to the meeting location. |
Visa information |
If you need visa, you will be helped by OGF24. You can request supporting documents for visa to the OGF24 secretariat. |
VTC information |
We will setup VTC for remote participants. As with the regular VTC, we will use the AIST MCU. Be sure that your address must be registered to the AIST MCU in advance. Please send your address to Yoshio Tanaka by September 11. |

Summary
- New charter v1.3 has been approved.
- Jinny Chien (ASGC CA) has been appointed Vice Chair.
- Indian Grid CA has pointed out some problems. The review will continue via email.
- New CP/CPS of AIST GRID CA has been approved.
- New CP/CPS of NAREGI CA has been approved.
- AIST will help Netrust to reduce traffic for downloading CRL. The idea is to put a replica of the CRL in AIST so that IGTF relying parties will downlad CRL from AIST. Detailed implementation should be discussed by AIST and Netrust.
- Ask Netrust to extend the duration from last update to the next update to 3 days for CRLs.
- Next meeting will be co-located with PRAGMA16 @ Korea or ISGC2009 @ Taipei.
